Career Pilot School is a Part 141 Approved Flight School.
Career Pilot School is
located just a short ways southwest of Kansas City, Missouri and is an ideal
training center for flight education. Students here will learn to fly in the
same challenging weather conditions they will be expected to fly in upon
becoming a professional pilot. Our proximity to cities both large and small
allows students to learn, first hand, what separates busy class “B” airspace
from uncontrolled, smaller airports.
Students flying at Career Pilot School will spend considerable time in the
aircraft, and also receive demanding training in our RC-1
simulator. The AATD is a critical teaching tool with its ability to “freeze
time, especially for instrument training, though we place emphasis on teaching
in the sky providing weather conditions permit. Our simulator is offered free of
charge for students to gain added experience or to help master a difficult to
learn concept.
Kansas City is a fantastic place to live and work. It is a modern mid-size city
complete with cultural destinations, first-rate shopping, a bustling
entertainment district, and an overall excellent quality of life.
